MOB Transition to 4 Day In-Person Learning
Great news! Based on the number of students currently in the in-person learning setting, RSD & MOB believe we can safely bring back all in-person students 4 days a week. In order to do this most effectively, we will make this transition over 2 weeks.
Transition Plan: Week of April 19th: K-2 begin 4 days of in-person.
3-8thStudents will only attend in-person on their two A or B days.
Week of April 26th: 3-8th begins 4 days of in-person.
Wednesdays will be all-virtual for all students
RSD & MOB will continue to follow our current mitigation plans, which include daily temperature checks and face masks worn at all times, along with other key safety protocols.
Social distancing will be maximized at all times.
As an added mitigation effort, beginning the week of April 26th, we will also begin weekly “pool testing” to screen for Covid-19 in class cohorts, which will allow us to act more quickly in minimizing the spread of Covid-19 within our schools. Students/families will have the option of opting out of participating in this process. More information will be shared in the upcoming weeks on this specialized service.
If you have any questions, please contact your student’s homeroom teacher via email or Class Dojo
