Welcome to V.H. Lassen Elementary School. We provide a safe and nurturing environment

that empowers students and strengthens their ties to the community. Our curriculum

incorporates innovative learning opportunities and technologies that serve the needs of

today’s students to better prepare them for tomorrow.

Family plays an important role in the school, where there are numerous students whose

parents, and even grandparents, attended before them. Activities like our annual Fall

Festival, Celebration Winter Event, and our project expo nights allow parents to get

directly involved. Many of the ideas for these events come from our monthly parent

forums with the principal known as Second Cup of Coffee.
