Mrs. Raquel Hinojos

Hello! My name is Raquel Hinojos. I was born and raised in a small town in Chihuahua, Mexico. I have been married for 26 years, and I am a mother of two. My son and daughter were RSD students, proud Valley View Eagles. I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, hiking, gardening and reading. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education in 2006 from Arizona State University. I have worked for the Roosevelt School District for 15 years. I have experience teaching from kindergarten to 5th grade. I have been the librarian at John F. Kennedy School for the past 8 years. Seeing students get excited about reading is a priceless moment. What I love most about John. F Kennedy is our community. It´s so much more than staff and students - we are a family that truly cares for one another. I enjoy working with the John F. Kennedy Colts staff.
