Science Curriculum Adoption

K-5 Committee Recommendations

After reviewing several programs and evaluating digital and print materials, the K-5 science curriculum adoption committee has chosen to pilot HMH Into Science and Elevate Science for 60 days. Print materials will be on display at each school site and members of the community will have access to explore demo accounts online. The district will be hosting a community forum on Thursday, Feb. 23. The forum will be an opportunity to hear from each vendor through a Q&A session. The committee will be seeking feedback from teachers, students, parents, and other stakeholders in the community. All feedback will be reviewed and considered by the committee for adoption.
