  • One Community Initiative vaccine opportunity

We partnered with Equality Health, the Herozona Foundation and other community organizations, to offer Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to our South Phoenix families. Anyone 12 and older was able to receive the shot between 3 and 6 p.m. on Thursday, May 13 in the C.O Greenfield gym. Families were also able to pick up a food box. More than 700 students and families participated in the event. Through this partnership, we are planning several more vaccination events over the summer at both Julian and Valley View schools. More information is available in English and Spanish for the community.
