Hello, I am Ms. Chavez I am an artist and art educator. I have worked in the Roosevelt School District for over 15 years!  I was born and raised in South Phoenix, so before I begin my career in the Roosevelt School District, I attended John F. Kennedy and Sierra Vista Elementary School. I am an RSD Alumni! After elementary school,  I  attended South Mountain High School and was part of the visual arts magnet program there. After graduating from Arizona State University, Summa Cum Laude (the highest honors), I begin my journey as your wildcat art educator! I have been at Maxine O. Bush for over 4 years. I love my South Phoenix community and will forever serve it!!!
