Resources for students and families
The Roosevelt School District works collaboratively to partner with parents and families to ensure student success. We know that parents and family members, are the child’s first advocate to provide them with the best opportunities in life.
Our district has invested heavily in family engagement. We have full time family engagement coordinators at each of our schools to provide resources, workshops and assistance to our families. Many of them also serve as a translator liaison between teacher and parents and families.
Social workers, teachers, counselors and school leaders all work together to support student success and family engagement. We encourage you to explore the many resources offered throughout the district and connect with your school directly for specific offerings.
Community Resource Exchange
The Community Resource Exchange is a mutual aid project that sources essential household and food items within our community and resdistributes them in order to enusre we all have what we need. The exchange occurs on the first and third Saturday of the month at Hope Village: 6401 S. 16th St., Phoenix, AZ 85042.

- Shampoon and conditioner.
