Admin Academy preps school leaders for upcoming year
From July 12 through 14, school leadership teams, including principals, assistant principals, deans and instructional coaches convened for a three-day Admin Academy, where they connected and collaborated around topics aligned with our district’s key priorities for the 2022-23 school year. Sessions included analyzing district and school achievement data, implementing the RSD Instructional Model, developing and sustaining safe and responsive learning environments through supportive school discipline, and restorative conversations. This quality time together not only ensured that our campuses were ready to maximize learning in spaces where all students feel safe and welcomed, but it also served to build and strengthen relationships among our leaders and our schools that demonstrate a commitment to our district and greater South Phoenix community.
