We understand that recent cuts to SNAP funding and the temporary lapse in benefits may cause concern for many of our Roosevelt families. Please rest assured that all Roosevelt students will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch every school day, regardless of any changes to SNAP.

Day of the Dead
This year we will be honoring Hispanic Heritage month by creating a Day of the Dead (Dia De Los Muertos) altar at Pastor. This is a Hispanic tradition to keep loved one’s memories alive once they have passed away. It’s a celebration to decorate an alter with food, photos, have music and storytelling to honor those loved ones. We will be setting up an alter at school to honor any loved ones or a pet that are deceased. If you would like your child to participate, please provide a copy of a photo (4x6 size) of that person by October 29th, 2025. The students should give the copy of the photo to teacher. Please have student’s information on the back of copy of photo and how this person is related to them.
