Important Updates: Bus Delays and Basketball Tryout Schedule

Please be advised that the green and purple buses will be delayed today due to a shortage of bus drivers. At this time, we do not have an estimated arrival time (ETA). We kindly ask that you remain available and on standby for your child’s arrival.

Please note that if no one is available to receive your child at the drop-off location, your child will be returned to school, and a parent or authorized guardian will need to pick them up.

Basketball Tryout Update

Basketball tryouts will take place on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of this week. Tryouts will conclude at 5:15 p.m. each day. Please make the necessary arrangements to ensure your child is picked up promptly.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the bus delays and appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

Friendly reminder there will be afterschool tutoring this week on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Tutoring will end promptly at 4:30pm.

This is a friendly reminder that PAC is canceled for today. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please make the necessary arrangements for your students to be picked up at the regular dismissal time of 3:30 p.m.

Important Bus Route Update: Please be advised that bus routes may experience delays today due to a shortage of bus drivers. Some buses are expected to arrive on time, while others will be delayed. Unfortunately, we do not have confirmed arrival times for the delayed routes at this time.

We kindly ask families to please remain available and be on standby for their students, as arrival times may vary.

Today is an early release Wednesday. There is no afterschool tutoring. Students will be dismissed at 1:30pm.

Hello and Happy Tuesday! Just a reminder that we have our Mental Health Summit for middle and high school students and their parents/caregivers tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. at the Wellness Center. This event is open to all RSD middle school students and their parents/caregivers, as well as RSD staff. Dinner and raffle prizes will be provided. We also have our Community Food Distribution this Friday, October 2nd, at 8:00 a.m. at Bernard Black School. For everyone’s safety, we ask that families enter the distribution site from Southern Ave. and 27th Ave.

Hello Campbell Families,
Please be advised that we have implemented a new procedure for entering the school lobby. This system has been implemented in all Roosevelt School District schools as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of our students.

Beginning immediately, all parents, guests, and visitors are required to enter the school through the main lobby entrance.

When you arrive:

Please ring the doorbell located to the right of the main entrance door.
Ms. Hannah Baker or Ms. Monica Baca will receive the notification and assist you with entry.
If we do not recognize you, we will ask for your name and who you are here to see before granting access.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we become accustomed to this new system. These procedures are in place to help maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our students and staff.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our school community.

After school tutoring begins today. Students will be released by the cafeteria at 4:30pm.

Mamis Love Foundation is a non-profit organization empowering local families and students by providing educational resources, school supplies, and community programs. This school year they have partnered with Campbell School to support with additional resources and the holiday program. We are very grateful for their support!

Fall break is almost here! You know what that means.. Spirit Week! Take a peak at all the fun planned for next week!

🌬️ The Breath Mobile is Coming to Our School! This mobile clinic provides free asthma screenings, resources, and treatment for students. If you suspect your child may have asthma or if your child already has asthma and could benefit from additional support, they can be seen by the Breath Mobile team at no cost to your family. If you are interested or have questions, please contact our school nurse, for more information and to learn how your child can participate.
