To protect instructional time, students will not be dismissed within the last 15 minutes of the school day. Early sign‑outs should be reserved for family emergencies or medical appointments that cannot be scheduled outside school hours. If your child leaves early for a medical appointment, a doctor’s note will be requested when they return.
Consistent attendance is more than a good habit—it is required by Arizona State Law. Under A.R.S. 15‑802.A and 15‑803.E, parents and guardians of children ages six to sixteen must ensure their child attends school during all scheduled sessions unless illness or another legitimate reason prevents attendance.
If your child is absent, it is important that you call the school office at 602‑232‑4250 each time.
"The Conchos School staff is currently creating incentives for students who are attending school regularly. We are eager to celebrate students who have been learning at school on a regular basis."

Students are invited to dress up on Friday to participate in the fall parade. Students may come to school wearing a costume. Students who wear costumes on that day are reminded that masks cannot be worn to or from school or during school hours. Masks may only be worn during the actual parade. No sharp pointed or weapon-like objects should be brought nor any cords, chains or similar items. Students may be asked to remove their costume if staff determines a costume or accessories are inappropriate. No make-up or hair coloring is allowed. Students must change back into their regular clothes immediately following the parade.
Students who are not dressed up in costume may sit in a chair on the sidewalk and watch the parade go by.
