It is essential that students are present each day and arrive at school on time so they can fully engage in testing and have the opportunity to work at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed.
To help students perform at their best, we ask that you ensure they are getting adequate sleep each night and starting their day with a well-balanced meal. These factors play a significant role in supporting focus, stamina, and overall performance.

While we certainly do not encourage sending students to school when they are ill, it is critical that students who are healthy are present and on time each day. Consistent attendance plays a key role in student learning, growth, and academic success.
Additionally, we would like to remind families that students may not be checked out after 1:30 p.m. Early checkouts during this time cause students to miss their intervention classes, which are essential for building the skills they need to perform at grade level.
