This is a friendly reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place during the week of March 2nd, just before Spring Break. We encourage all families to take this opportunity to connect with your child’s teacher to discuss their academic progress, classroom performance, and overall growth.
Conferences are an important time to celebrate successes, review goals, and address any questions or concerns you or your child may have. Partnering together helps ensure that every student receives the support they need to be successful. Please reach out to your child’s teacher as soon as possible to schedule your conference time.
We look forward to meeting with you and continuing our strong home–school partnership.

Hello Valley View Families,
Coffee with the Principal Meeting
Tuesday, February 10, 2026
8:15 a.m.
Valley VIew's Family Center
Join us and enjoy a cup of coffee as we share school updates. Praises, concerns and questions are welcomed.

We appreciate your continued partnership and support. As we move through flu season and see an increase in illnesses, we want to take a moment to emphasize the importance of daily school attendance. While we certainly do not encourage sending students to school when they are ill, it is critical that students who are healthy are present and on time each day. Consistent attendance plays a key role in student learning, growth, and academic success.
Additionally, we would like to remind families that students may not be checked out after 1:30 p.m. Early checkouts during this time cause students to miss their intervention classes, which are essential for building the skills they need to perform at grade level.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us ensure that every student has the opportunity to learn and thrive each day.
Sincerely,
Mr. Mitchell
Principal
