This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow is Dollar Dress Down Day. Students may pay $1 to their homeroom teacher for the opportunity to dress down.

Please ensure that all attire remains school appropriate. The following items are not permitted: Crocs, house shoes, pajamas, blankets, excessively ripped or revealing jeans, short shorts, tank tops, clothing with inappropriate language or images, and any attire that exposes the midriff or undergarments.

We appreciate your continued partnership and support. As we move through flu season and see an increase in illnesses, we want to take a moment to emphasize the importance of daily school attendance. While we certainly do not encourage sending students to school when they are ill, it is critical that students who are healthy are present and on time each day. Consistent attendance plays a key role in student learning, growth, and academic success.

Additionally, we would like to remind families that students may not be checked out after 1:30 p.m. Early checkouts during this time cause students to miss their intervention classes, which are essential for building the skills they need to perform at grade level.

Parents Join Us For Valley View"s PTSO (Parent, Teacher, Student Organization) Meeting

When: Friday, January 30, 2026
Time and Location: 1:00 p.m. at The Family Center

The following positions need to be filled for the 2025-26 School Year!

PTSO President: Leads meetings, represents PTSO, and oversees activities
PTSO Vice President: Assists the President and acts in their absence
PTSO Secretary: Records meeting minutes and keeps organizational records
PTSO Treasure: Manages funds, keeps financial records, and reports on budget

Voting will take place on Friday, January 30th

The purpose of the PTSO is to fundraise funds to support school relationships, activities, events for all students

Dear Eagle Families, We are excited to share that tomorrow marks our 100th day of school! This is an important milestone in our school year and a wonderful opportunity to celebrate student growth, learning, and perseverance. Because of the significance of this day, it is especially important that all students are present so they can fully participate in the activities and celebrations planned throughout the day. To add to the fun, we invite students to dress like they are 100 years old as we celebrate being 100 days smarter!
