Students are expected to be in school uniform Monday through Friday. Parents will be notified in advance of school wide dress down days.
All students will be dismissed at 1:00pm tomorrow.
When your child is absent from school, it is important that you call the school office at 602.232.4250 to excuse their absence.
State law requires that children attend school for the full-time school is in session. When students arrive late, it causes an interruption of class instruction. When your child is late/tardy after a certain time, the tardy will be counted as an absence. Please discuss with your child(ren) the importance of arriving to school and to class on time. All students must be in their classroom before 8:00AM. If your student arrives late to school, an adult must be present to sign the student in, in the office.

We’re excited to have our families join us on upcoming field trips! Please note that only parents/guardians may serve as chaperones for field trips.
To be eligible to chaperone, parents/guardians must:
✅ Complete the Volunteer Form
✅ Complete Volunteer Training with the Family Coordinator
✅ Be approved as a school volunteer prior to the field trip
If you are interested in chaperoning your child’s field trip, please make sure to complete these requirements ahead of time. For any questions or concerns call 602.232.4250.

Things you should know for the first day of school - Monday, August 3rd:
1. School starts at 8:00am (daily.)
2. Students may arrive on campus at 7:30 (daily).
3. Breakfast will be served 7:35-7:55 (daily).
4. You may walk your child to class on Monday and Tuesday only.
5. Dismissal time is 3:00pm (Wednesday dismissal is 1:00pm).
6. Bus riders: Make sure your child's teacher knows your child is a bus rider.
7. Car pick up: Parents stay in your car and drive through the parking lot to the west end of campus.
6. Walkers (walking home) will be dismissed from the double gates on 17th Avenue.

This information is for parents of students attending summer school. There will be transportation to and from Pastor School. The bus stop will be located at 10th Drive and Alta Vista Road. Please check back for pick up and drop off times. There will be no pick up at Conchos School.
