Reminder! All students are dismissed at 1:00pm on Wednesdays.
Picture Day is Monday, April 13th. Every child will be photographed and proofs will be sent home at a later date. The proofs will include instructions on how to purchase.
Tomorrow is World Autism Awareness Day. All students are invited to wear blue in support of autism awareness.
All 3rd-8th grade students will be taking State Tests tomorrow. It is important that students are at school on time and remain all day.
Conchos School will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026 for Spring Recess.
Spring, classroom and 8th grade group photos are scheduled for Monday April 13th. Flyers will be sent home at a later date.
There is no school on Monday, March 30th. Classes will resume on Tuesday, March 31st.

The Lions Club will be on campus tomorrow to conduct free eye examinations to students who were referred by the school nurse. If your child was selected and returned the referral, please make sure they are present tomorrow.

AFTER-SCHOOL EXTRA SUPPORT PROGRAM Starting 3/16
Grades 6–8
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are offering an after-school Extra Support Program for students in 6th through 8th grade who may be struggling with completing assignments, on Mondays and Fridays. This program is designed to provide additional academic support, structured work time, and guidance to help students complete missing or incomplete work and improve their grades.
The program will provide a quiet, supervised environment where students can focus on assignments and receive assistance as needed.
Program Details:
• Open to students in Grades 6–8
• Focus on assignment completion and grade improvement
• Held after school on Mondays and Fridays
• Supervised by the school social worker, Ms. Herrera
Participation is voluntary but strongly encouraged for students who would benefit from additional academic support.
If you would like your child to participate, please complete the information below and return this form to the school.
