Dear P.L. Julian Families,
We want to inform you that our 21st Century Before & After School Program at Percy L. Julian will officially end for the school year this Friday, May 1, 2026.
We are incredibly grateful for your support and partnership throughout the program. Because of our strong community, we were able to reach our program goals early this year. Thank you!
As we prepare to wrap up the program, please plan ahead for your child’s daily schedule:
-Before and after school programming will no longer be available after May 1.
-Please make arrangements for how your child will get to school and home each day.
-Morning drop-off begins at 8:00 AM. Students should not arrive earlier, as there is no supervision before this time.
-Dismissal is at 3:30 PM, and all students should be picked up promptly.
Next week will be the final week of programming, and students will be reminded at school. Flyers will also be sent home to families.
Thank you again for allowing your child to be part of such a meaningful experience. We are proud of all our students have accomplished this year and can't wait for next year!
If you have any questions, please contact the front office.
Warmly,
Percy L. Julian School

🚨 URGENT: Re-Registration Required for the 2026–2027 School Year 🚨
Dear Eagle Families,
We need your immediate attention. All students must be re-registered for next school year as soon as possible. If you have not completed online enrollment yet, please do so right away.
Important: Registration does NOT roll over from this year to next year. Even if your child is currently enrolled at P.L. Julian, you must re-register each year to secure their spot.
This is not just a routine step, it is critical to your child’s placement and our ability to plan for a strong school year.
❗ Why this is URGENT:
🔒 Your child’s seat is not guaranteed until re-registration is complete
👩🏫 Staffing decisions depend on accurate enrollment numbers – this impacts class sizes and teacher assignments
📚 Class schedules and placements cannot be finalized without registration
🚌 Transportation, programs, and services (including intervention, special education, bus routes, and extracurriculars) rely on this information
🍎 We plan resources, materials, and supplies based on confirmed students
🏫 Delays create disruptions to a smooth and successful start to the school year for all students
⏰ What happens if you wait?
Waiting to register can result in:
-Larger class sizes
-Delayed class placement
-Limited availability in programs
-Potential loss of your child’s spot at Julian
✅ What you need to do:
Please complete your child’s re-registration TODAY using the link provided below. Please contact the front office at 602-232-4950 if you need support. We are here to help.

We are so grateful to be part of such a strong and supportive community. Our school is not only a place for learning, but also a shared space within our neighborhood, and we want to ensure we are being respectful and considerate of those who live around us.
During dismissal, it has been reported that some of our neighbors’ driveways along Carver Drive are being blocked, making it difficult for them to enter and exit their homes. We want to be proactive in supporting our community and ask for your help.
• If possible, we kindly ask that families approach the school from the west side during dismissal to help reduce congestion and avoid blocking driveways along Carver. This small adjustment can make a big difference for our neighbors.
• We also ask that if you find yourself in a situation where your vehicle may be blocking a driveway, please be kind and courteous by moving your car promptly so that our neighbors can access their homes without difficulty.
• As an additional option, families are welcome to park in the lot just north of the school and walk across the street to pick up your child in the walking line, if that works well for you. This can be a helpful way to ease traffic and keep dismissal running smoothly.
We truly appreciate your partnership in helping us be respectful members of our community. Your support ensures that we continue to build strong, positive relationships with our neighbors while keeping our students safe and our dismissal efficient. Thank you for all you do to support our school and our community.
With appreciation,
Ms. Marques
