This is a reminder that today is an early release day, and students will be dismissed at 12:30 PM.

Please be on time to pick up your student.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us ensure a smooth and safe dismissal for all students.

Attention Parents of Kindergarten and 8th Grade Students ONLY,

Promotion Pictures will be taken on Friday, February 27th at 8:00 AM. Please make sure your child arrives at school on time. Students should come dressed in their best attire for their Promotion pictures.

Sports
If your child participated in sports this year, they will also be taking sports pictures that morning. Coach Jara will provide jerseys for students to wear for the sports photos. If you would like to purchase sports pictures, please pick up a form in the front office.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please remember that school uniforms are required every day, unless your child is participating in the $1.00 Dress Down on Wednesdays ONLY.

Uniform Guidelines:

Uniform Bottoms: Khaki, Navy Blue, or Black

Uniform Tops: Any solid color shirt with a collar (no designs or logos)

Dress Down Wednesday:

Students may wear jeans on Wednesdays only with the $1.00 dress down.

Not Allowed:

Spandex

Leggings

Jeans (except on Wednesday dress down)

If a student is out of dress code, parents/guardians will be contacted and must provide appropriate uniform clothing.

Join us for our free mobile food distribution, in collaboration with St. Mary's Food Bank, on Friday, Feb. 27 at 8 a.m. Food items will be distributed in the parking lot of Bernard Black Entrepreneurial Academy.

🚗 For everyone’s safety, please enter the distribution site via Southern and 27th Ave.

This is a safety reminder regarding the use of the school crosswalk during arrival and dismissal times.

For the safety of our students and crossing guard, parents may not drive through the crosswalk while the crossing guard or students are still in the roadway. Drivers must wait until the crossing guard and all students have completely cleared the crosswalk before proceeding forward.

Student and staff safety is our top priority. Your patience and cooperation are essential in keeping everyone safe during these busy times.
