In observance of Good Friday, there will be no school on Friday, April 3, 2026. School will resume on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 7:00 AM.
Please remember the importance of arriving on time, as state testing will begin. It is imperative that all students are present, punctual, and ready to start promptly at 7:00 AM.
Sincerely,
Mr. Mitchell
As we begin AASA state testing, which will take place from now through April 24, we want to emphasize the importance of consistent attendance and punctuality during this critical time. It is essential that students are present each day and arrive at school on time so they can fully engage in testing and have the opportunity to work at a comfortable pace without feeling rushed.
To help students perform at their best, we ask that you ensure they are getting adequate sleep each night and starting their day with a well-balanced meal. These factors play a significant role in supporting focus, stamina, and overall performance.
We kindly request that, whenever possible, doctor’s appointments and other non-urgent commitments be scheduled after the testing window. Minimizing absences during this time is crucial to maintaining continuity and maximizing each student’s opportunity for success.
Your partnership and support are essential in helping our students do their very best and in supporting Valley View’s continued progress toward becoming an “A” school.
Thank you for your ongoing support.
Sincerely,
Mr. Mitchell
